Exchange and Refunds policy

We do not offer refunds/exchanges/returns/change of mind due to hygiene reasons. All orders are FINAL

Time and product has gone into your handmade jewellery. Please read item descriptions or contact us if you have any questions before ordering. All of our jewellery is costume jewellery not fine jewellery, we have priced our jewellery to reflect this.

All photos of our jewellery are taken the best we can to show true colour sometimes glitter colour is hard to photo please read the description as we will note if it’s throwing a different tone also as we have different monitors/phones they may look darker or lighter on your screen please contact us before ordering if you would like photos taken in different angles or lighting.

Faulty items policy 

Please contact us by email if your items arrive damaged glitterpopjewellery@mail.com with a photo of the item within 2 days of getting your order. After 2 days unfortunately we can not replace them.

Please note the backings are glued on with what we call tough jewellery glue but sometimes they may loosen over time we will only replace them if they fall off within 1 week of wear after this please understand we cannot replace them , please do not wear them in any water or clean them with jewellery cleaner or pull off your backs in a rough manner. All earrings are not suitable for permanent use to replace your studs or hoops, we advise taking them out at the end off the day to sleep , shower etc

There may be air bubbles in the resin and unfortunately this is out of our control. as all of our jewellery is made in a mould.

*Please also do not let children play with your jewellery , We do not take responsibility for any harm/loss of income/medical expenses or anything else if you or someone else used your jewellery incorrectly or handled your jewellery which resulted in cuts/chocking/swallowed/infected ears or stepping on your studs.
